Dr. Harun Çelik received his B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and his Ph.D. in Aviation Engineering from Erciyes University (ERÜ) in Kayseri, Türkiye. From 2012 to 2017, he was a research assistant, and from 2017 to 2020, he was a research associate with the Department of Avionics at the same university. Since 2020, he has been an assistant professor in the Department of Astronautical Engineering at ERÜ. He is currently Deputy Head of Department of Astronautical Engineering, and founding Head of Autonomous and Intelligent Systems Laboratory. He is the author of the book Flight Dynamics and Control (in the Turkish language), as well as more than 50 articles and conference proceedings. His research interests include flight dynamics, avionics systems, unmanned aerial vehicles, artificial intelligence, optimization techniques, and image processing. Dr. Çelik received the National M.Sc. and Ph.D. scholarships from the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye and the Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship from the Hungarian government. He was recognized for his contributions to several university-industry collaboration projects by the Dean of the Faculty and Turkish Aerospace Industries, Inc.
