All the authors who have sent us presentation video will receive a Certificate of Participation. Our committees and reviewers will go through the video carefully and decide whether it can be listed at the online session according to its quality. If your speech video is accepted, it will be uploaded to the official account of CONF-FMCE 2026 and you will receive a Certificate of Oral Presentation after the session. The presentation videos will be listed on the official YouTube channel permanently.

Viewers of the online session do not need to pay the session participation fee. However, invited authors need to pay the processing fee.
Invited presenters can follow the instruction to record and upload your presentations. Every presenter should make their own slides including one designated cover slide and record a video within the time limit. The recommended length of the videos is between 5 and 10 minutes. The video and slides should be in widescreen format (16:9). The slides can be created in any presentation software, e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, etc., which allows you to export slides to PDF. You should upload the final video as well as the exported slides in PDF format to gofile.io and email the link to us. Download THIS FILE to look through more information.
All participants are welcome to the CONF-FMCE 2026 chat room on Discord. You can have direct interactions with speakers. If you would like to join the online discussion, please contact [email protected]
Comments and discussions are also welcomed in the comment section of the videos. All participants may send the questions to us via email as well. We will send those questions privately to the speakers and the deadline for them to reply is October 23. All the discussions will be concluded and posted in the comment section at last.
